The oil production quota for Azerbaijan in 2025 is 551,000 barrels per day

On June 2nd, the website of the Russian news agency Wen Chuan Telegraph reported that the 37th ministerial level video conference of "OPEC+", composed of OPEC member states and non OPEC oil producing countries, was held via video. The meeting decided to extend the production restriction period for OPEC+members until the end of November 2025 and provide guidance for setting production targets for 2026. Azerbaijan's Ministry of Energy, Shakhbazov, attended the meeting and stated that Azerbaijan supports the decision to extend voluntary production reduction measures until the end of 2025. According to the agreement reached by OPEC+, Azerbaijan's oil production quota for 2025 will be maintained at 551,000 barrels per day.
