The daily drilling depth of a single well in Tarim Oilfield has exceeded 2000 meters for the first time

On May 31st, the daily drilling depth of Well Ha 13-H9 in Tarim Oilfield was 2006 meters, breaking the record for the fastest daily drilling depth in Tarim Oilfield and achieving the first breakthrough of 2000 meters in a single day.

Well Ha 13-H9 is the third well to be constructed for the annual drilling depth of 30000 meters for a single drilling rig project. At present, the annual drilling footage of a single drilling rig of 30000 meters has exceeded half of the project footage. Both Party A and Party B shall strictly, safely, and efficiently drill, with one hand focusing on safety production and the other on speed and efficiency improvement. In combination with the relevant deployments of the "Safety Production Month" and the "Well Control Warning Month" in the Tarim Oilfield, Party A and Party B shall continuously improve the "Three Improvements" management with the core of improving safety awareness, safety skills, and safety discipline. They shall conscientiously carry out specific work such as quality control of drilling tools and fluid entering the well, training of well control personnel in single wells, and inspection and inspection of drilling equipment to ensure safety and speed improvement.
