The daily crude oil output of Qinghai oilfield increased by more than 100 tons compared with the beginning of the year

A total of 66 Wells and 167 layers have been fractured in Qinghai Oilfield as of Thursday, according to the Qinghai Oilfield Branch of China National Petroleum Corporation (petrochina). Technological breakthroughs to help oil field production stability and efficiency, Qinghai oilfield crude oil output increased by more than 100 tons per day compared to the beginning of the year.

Qinghai Oilfield is the highest oil and gas field in the world and one of the earliest developed oil fields in China. Qaidam Basin, located in the northwest of Qinghai Province, is an important oil-producing and gas-supplying base of Qinghai, Xizang, Gansu and Ningxia provinces (regions), with an average altitude of about 3,000 meters. According to reports, early this year, Qinghai Oilfield set up a crude oil production class to provide management services, production organization, technical assistance and other aspects of front-line crude oil production. The Drilling and Production Technology Research Institute of Qinghai Oilfield plays the role of the key player in the process, and has set up a 40-member technical team mainly engaged in drilling, oil production, storage and modification, overhaul, gathering and transportation. The process and technical team actively provided on-site technical guidance on drilling, well testing and well workover, and ensured the safe drilling of the second air drill of Mau Ping 3 well and the second Shitang 1H well. In the first two months, the accumulated exploration footage was 23,091 meters.

Combined with the operation condition of pumping unit well, well cleaning and pump inspection site, Qinghai oilfield implements the supporting technological measures of low cost, short speed and good effect. More than 10 kinds of self-developed new products, mainly surface activator, were promoted and applied. Two batches of ZC-2 surface activator were prepared on site with 150 tons, and 396 Wells were washed. The average flowback cycle was shortened by 0.8 days and oil was increased by 389 tons. The plugging test was carried out for 9 Wells and 1 well, and the total daily oil gain of 7 Wells was 6 tons.

According to the "spleen" of the reservoir, Qinghai Oilfield has applied precise "pressure" to improve the targeting and effectiveness of fracturing by using the re-fracturing technology route in Nanyi Mountain, Gaas-N1 lower member, Youshashan and other blocks. Acidizing process analysis and acid system evaluation experiments were carried out according to the stable production status of Yingdong Oilfield. At present, the fracturing process has accumulated an oil gain of 1,990 tons.
