Price of Urals crude oil averaged $49.56 a barrel in Februarary

The average price of Urals crude oil in the January-February period was $49.52 a barrel, compared with $88.89 in the same period last year, the Russian Finance Ministry said on March 1. Brent crude averaged about $83.5 a barrel in February. Urals crude averaged $49.56 a barrel in February, compared with $92.15 a barrel a year earlier.
