Oil product prices have fallen sharply

Nepal Petroleum Corporation (NOC) has lowered the prices of petroleum products from midnight today. The NOC said in a press statement today that petrol prices were reduced by Rs 11 per litre while diesel and kerosene prices were reduced by Rs 5 per litre. According to NOC, petrol prices at Charali, Biratnagar, Janakpur, Amlekhgunj, Bhalbari, Nepalgunj, Dhangadhi and Birgunj are fixed at Rs 169 per litre while diesel prices at these warehouses are fixed at Rs 165 per litre. According to the new price list provided by the Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), the prices of petroleum products have been significantly reduced, the state Oil Company said.
