Beijing launches the first national pilot application of hydrocarbon based biodiesel

On the morning of October 14th, Haidian District in Beijing took the lead in launching the first pilot application of hydrocarbon based biodiesel in China! B10 diesel, which is a mixture of 10% hydrocarbon based biodiesel and 90% petrochemical diesel, will be added to ground vehicles within the Beijing airport area of China Aviation Oil Corporation and transportation vehicles such as sanitation and municipal vehicles in Haidian District. This pilot project will establish a closed-loop application scenario for the entire industry chain of kitchen waste oil collection, transportation, pretreatment, production, and reuse within the region.
