Asia's largest offshore oil production platform was completed and put into operation

The first phase of the Enping 15-1 oilfield Group, located in the Pearl River Mouth Basin, was put into production recently. Enping 15-1 platform, the largest offshore oil production platform in Asia, with a total height of about 160 meters and a total weight of more than 30,000 tons, is currently the largest deck area, heaviest block weight, most equipment and the most complete functional offshore oil production platform in Asia.

The Enping 15-1 oilfield group is about 200 kilometers southwest of Shenzhen, with an average water depth of about 90 meters. The field cluster includes four new fields with 48 production Wells scheduled to come on stream. When fully put into operation, the oil field cluster will produce nearly 5,000 tons of oil per day at its peak, which will inject new impetus into the economic and social development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
