Egypt has launched a new tender for oil and gas exploration

Egypt has launched a new round of international bidding for oil and gas exploration rights in the Nile Delta and the Mediterranean Sea, the state news agency reported on Tuesday.

According to the tender announcement, the tender is divided into 12 blocks, evenly divided into two onshore and offshore blocks, and the closing date of this round of bidding is set at April 30, 2023.
